What is your turnaround time?

Finished items such as beanies and scarves 1-5 days. Yarn orders 1-5 days. Pom orders 1-2 weeks. Yarn + Pom orders 1-2 weeks. Custom/Bulk/Wholesale Orders turnaround time varies depending on item(s) and quantity.

How can I place a wholesale order?

Want to carry knot and stitch ? Awesome. Go to the wholesale section and fill out the form. I will reply within 1-3 business days.

When will my order ship and how much will it cost?

Orders ship 1-3 days after turnaround time is completed. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination. I offer free domestic shipping on orders over $75. The shipping carrier I use is USPS. All orders include a tracking number.

what is your return and refund policy?

For returns and/or exchanges please email me at knotandstitch15@gmail.com within 14 days from the time you received your order. Please include your order number in the email.

There are no returns on patterns.

What if my package is lost?

If your package is considered lost, I will fully refund or replace it. Timeline for fulfillment vary.
